Return Eligibility

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery , provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging are included

  • You can provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Items Not Eligible for Return

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Items marked final sale or clearance

  • Gift cards

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • Any return request submitted after 30 days from the delivery date

Return Process

We currently accept returns by mail only . To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@alhawaamodesty.com

  2. Include your:

    • Order number

    • Reason for the return

    • Photo(s) if the item is damaged or incorrect

  3. Our team will respond with return instructions and next steps.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If you ordered the wrong size, color, or item , the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility .

  • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item , we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • At this time, we do not provide prepaid return labels .

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees. As long as the return meets our eligibility requirements, there are no additional charges.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email notification confirming the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method .

  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval.

  • Please note: Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery .

  • Include your order number and photos clearly showing the issue.

  • We will offer a replacement or a full refund , depending on your preference.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you no longer want the item, you may return it once it arrives, following the return process outlined above.
